. How long does it take to process and ship an order?
All DVDs ship within 1 day of your order, and we stand behind all
our DVDs. We also offer free shipping within the US. There is no sales
tax added unless you live in California.
· What if the merchandise is defective?
In the majority of cases, we find that it is the DVD player or personal
computer that is responsible for improper playback, so we ask that you kindly
test our DVD in another player/computer before returning to us. If you are still
experiencing difficulty with our DVD after having tried it on other players, we
will be happy to issue you another copy and ask that you return the original to
us by marking ‘return to sender’ on the original mailer.
· What if the merchandise is not received?
If you have not received a package within 7 business days within the
continental U.S. or 10-15 days for Canadian orders, please contact us by e-mail
or phone 1-800-497-4244 and we will mail you another package after verifying your
address. If you happen to receive both parcels, we simply ask that you mark ‘return
to sender’ on the second parcel and mail it back to us.
· What if the customer isn’t satisfied with the content
of the video?
If you return the product to us, along with a note explaining the reason for returning it, we will refund your order in full the same day we receive the returned item.
· Does the customer pay for the returned shipping charges?
As long as the original packaging is in tact, you may return the product
free of charge via USPS simply by marking 'return to sender' on the parcel.
· How quickly are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed upon receipt of returned DVD (at no cost to customer).
· How is money refunded (Visa/MasterCard Credit, cheque)?
If you paid by credit card, the amount will be credited back to the
original card. If paid by cheque, a new cheque will be issued and promptly mailed
